Tampa voters will cast ballots today in two city council races.
All registered Tampa voters can decide between Gwen Miller and Joe Redner for the District 1 seat.
North Tampa voters also will decide between Joseph Caetano and Frank Margarella for the District 7 seat.
During six days of early voting, 3,869 voters cast ballots, roughly 15 percent fewer than cast ballots during 12 days of early voting in advance of the March 6 election and its meager 16 percent turnout.
Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. today.
