TAMPA - Lawyers for a dance teacher charged in a hit-and-run accident that killed two children told a judge Tuesday morning that they finally received missing transcripts from depositions taken several months ago. On March 16, Jennifer Porter's lawyers said they took depositions from 28 of the 158 witnesses involved in the case. The stenographer, however, hadn't sent them certified copies of the transcripts.
