Outside, about three dozen people pray. 10 a.m.: GOP leaders in the U.S. Senate issue a call for Schiavo and her husband, Michael, to appear before a Senate committee. A statement from Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., asserts federal law protects witnesses ``from anyone who may obstruct or impede a witness's attendance or testimony.'' 11 a.m.: Hospice House Woodside receives a subpoena, but officials won't say for whom. 12:45 p.m.: Pinellas Circuit Chief Judge David Demers orders that the feeding tube remain in place past the 1 p.m. deadline so Circuit Judge George Greer can address legal issues. 1:15 p.m.: After a 15-minute hearing, Greer rules for the feeding tube to be removed.
